Shipping Policy for Oz's Jewelers
1. Shipping Schedule
At Oz's Jewelers, our shipping operations are active from Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed during these days will be processed and prepared for shipment within this timeframe.
2. Shipping Times
a. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option may take up to 5 business days from the date of purchase to leave our facility. Please note that this does not include the time required to process and prepare your order for shipment.
b. Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. You can choose this option during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Costs
a. Standard Shipping: For standard shipping, we charge a flat shipping fee of $10 per order. This fee is not subject to change based on the order's value, except as specified in the next section.
b. Free Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on all purchases over $500. The order total must exceed $500 after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
4. Shipping Restrictions
a. Exclusions: Please note that we only ship to addresses within the United States.
b. P.O. Boxes: To ensure the safety of your information, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address for your order.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, provided the order is placed on a day when our shipping operations are active (Tuesday through Friday).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress of your order.
7. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is completed. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
