Meet Klaire: Sales Accociate

Next post Previous post

Klaire joined our team in August 2020 and has quickly become an invaluable part of our family. Get to know more about her here!

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

Hi! I'm a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management & Marketing, & I also have a minor in Statistics. I love the outdoors—hiking & exploring nature are some of my favorite activities. I’m also passionate about traveling & will be studying abroad in Manchester, UK this fall. Anything new & exciting, you can count me in.

You’re in college now. What do you hope to do once you graduate?

After graduation, I aim to build a career in market research. I’m excited about the opportunity of solving problems for companies through the research I conduct.

How long have you been with Oz’s Jewelers?

I started at Oz’s in August 2020, during my junior year of high school. It’s amazing how quickly time has passed, but I really enjoy coming back to work here during my college breaks.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I love helping people find the perfect piece of jewelry. It’s really rewarding to help people in choosing pieces that match their style, budget, & personality.

What’s your jewelry philosophy?

I believe that stacking necklaces, rings, bracelets, & other pieces is a great way to elevate your jewelry look. It adds a personal touch & allows for more creativity in styling.

What is your favorite thing to do in Hickory?

My favorite thing to do in Hickory is to catch up with family & friends; especially when I have been away at college.

What’s your favorite piece of jewelry you already own?

My favorite piece of jewelry I own is my bezel set diamond necklace. I wear it everyday & it is such a simple but elegant piece of jewelry.

Any OZ’S pieces you have your eye on?

I would absolutely love to get a lab-grown tennis bracelet. Maybe once I graduate, I’ll finally treat myself to one!
